Ollivander's heirloom is an exclusive quest for Ravenclaw students. You will not complete this mission if you choose to study at another faculty.
Other house quests that will not be available to you :
- “The Hunt for the Missing Pages” – Nearly Headless Nick, Gryffindor;
- “Prisoner of Love” – mission in Azkaban, Hufflepuff;
- “Scrope's last hope” is Headmaster Black's house elf, Slytherin.
Mr. Herbold Ollivander will send an owl to the player, the quest will begin at this point.
If the letter does not arrive, then we advise you to move to Hogsmeade or wait one game day.
Visit Mr. Ollivander
Go to Hogsmeade, go to the shop where you bought your wand and find Herbold Ollivander. The wizard will tell you that he is trying to return the stolen family heirloom. Richard Galkrad becomes the prime suspect.
Explore the owlery
After the conversation, it turns out that you have to visit the Hogwarts Owl Tower.
If you haven't gotten the broom yet and unlocked most of the flying flame points, then teleport to the North Exit of Hogwarts and run straight ahead, cutting the autopath.
The road will be guided by a tall tower .
After reaching the entrance, climb to the very top, where the owls rest. With the help of Revelio, 11 interactive objects will stand out on the walls: 6 cases and 5 empty stands.
To solve this puzzle, use the Accio spell to open the caches, which drop quest figurines and gold. At this point, you should collect 3 stone jackdaws.
Climb up the stairs, use Accio and open the remaining caches, which will contain 2 more figurines and gold.

Before you go down, explore the top floor of the tower. After carefully inspecting the room, to the left of the stairs you will notice that there is a treasure map on the floor, pick it up to get the side quest “The Ghost of Our Love”.
Get down to the owls, take the remaining figurines and put them on a pedestal. A cutscene will play where a gust of wind will blow you up.
