In the story mission “A Hand Washes a Hand” in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, you will reach the moment when Mr. Hands will tell you about his problems and will ask for help in the fight against one of Pacifica’s authorities. You can do this by completing three additional tasks.
Meet with the customer
Go to the point shown on the map. There is a clinic in this place, next to it you will meet Odell Blanco – he is standing in an ambulance tent by the road. It was from him that Hands received the order. The man will bring you up to date.
From him you will learn that the “scavengers” have seized the clinic, and the head doctor is hiding in one of the rooms inside. You have to help him get out.
Get inside the clinic
If you have enough strength, you can enter the building through the main door. This will require sixteen points.
If the skill is not pumped up to the required level, go around the building on the left side. There you will meet a couple of opponents, killing them will not be difficult. At the end of the building you will see a lattice door. It will be open. Go inside, but be prepared to fight the “scavengers”.
Find the basement and the head doctor's office
Having dealt with the enemies, you can calmly search the room. You will see that there is an altar right in the center. A little to the right you will notice a door. You are unlikely to miss it, as it will be highlighted with a yellow marker marker.
Go down to the basement, killing two more opponents along the way. Do not forget to carefully examine the room, as you can find many useful things in it.
Find a door with a bright horizontal lamp on top of it. Go inside, there will be another door on the left – behind it you will hear voices.

Once inside, you will find that Nika Yankovic has a gun pointed at the head physician. Odell Blanco mentioned it when he brought you up to date. The girl is part of a gang of “scavengers” and is looking for her brother. It is Anderson who has the latest information about the man, but is in no hurry to share it.
What to do with Nika: kill or not
Next you have to quickly choose how to act in a given situation – a line with the expiring time will appear above the phrases. The further development of the plot will depend on your choice.
The first time you have to choose between the answers: “Get a weapon” and “Help yourself”.
- Delivery weapon, you will kill the girl. The task will be completed.
- By choosing the second option, you learn that the girl’s brother fell into a coma and subsequently died. Anthony has decided to take away his implants and install them on other patients.
Next you have to choose again.
- Having told Anthony that he takes on a lot, you will get up again on the path of choice: let the girl shoot at the head doctor or intervene and separate them.
- Try to separate them immediately. In this case, Nika will die as a result of the ensuing shootout.
- If you insist that Anderson give the body of Gaspar Nika, it turns out that it is in the morgue very nearby. Nika will leave, leaving you alone with the doctor. You will see her later, when the girl says goodbye to her brother.
After this, all you have to do is exit the building. The task will be completed.
If you do not choose a phrase during the dialogue in time or do not defend Anderson, the head physician will be killed. The quest will still be counted. You will have to return to the customer and tell him the sad news.
