Activate the central control in Genshin Impact – part of the quest “When the Light of Hvarna Manifests” , belonging to the Hvarn good and evil questline. In it, the Traveler will have to help Nasejuna activate the ancient lifting mechanism from the underground workshop of Kaenri'ah.

Connect three devices near the lift
After getting the third spirit core in the previous task, jump with him to the lower floor of the room. Now you need to connect three devices near the lift.
Place the third spirit core near the last relay, which remains covered with gray crystals. Now that it is functional again, we need to arrange the converters that move like a slider.
Move both transducers to the two power receivers facing each other. Rotate the devices so that the arrows on them point to the receiver.

Once you have completed connecting all the devices, Nasejuna will offer to activate the control on the floor above.
How to go upstairs
To get to the top, run up to the elemental monument on the side of the platform with the devices. Hit it with Anemo with the elements, and a wind current is formed, on which you can take off. The second screenshot shows its position relative to the teleporter in the room.
How to rotate the levels of the mechanism
In order to activate the central controller, you need to place the symbols on the large mechanism correctly. To do this, there are hint signs next to the activation devices.
First hint
Flying on the stream, you will find the first mechanism with a puzzle on the left, and a hint to it on the right. The images shown on the plate are the symbols that must be placed on the mechanism.
Fly to the device and turn the top, middle and bottom levels once. If everything is done correctly, then all three images will change according to the hint and turn yellow.
Second hint
Move clockwise (south) further up the top tier of the room to the second device. Next to it, inside a giant gear, is a second clue with other symbols.
This time you only need to rotate the only the top level once as the bottom two already match plate. The image will change and all the symbols will turn yellow, after which a cut-scene will start, demonstrating that the lifting mechanism has started working.
