The monuments in Gavireh Lajavard and the realm of Farahkert in Genshin Impact are well-known puzzles for lighting special totems with various elements. There are only eight of them in the northern desert. In most cases, it is not enough just to light the totems, but additional conditions must be met: do it in the right order, unlock through solving a third-party puzzle, and more.
In this guide, you will learn where to find and how to activate all the monuments in Gavireh Lajavard and the kingdom of Farahkert, as well as solve the previous puzzles.

Four Dendro monuments in the mountains Temir
On a mountain peak, among the remains of crystalline rock, there is a puzzle, and a Spirit Core (Dendro fairy).
Initially only 2 of 4 are visible monuments. To reveal the rest, escort the Spirit Core flying nearby so that it scatters gray-purple crystals at the end of its path. So the 3rd and 4th totems will appear. Ignite all 4 Dendro constructs with the element and get one of the amazing chests.

Three Dendro monuments in the center of Tuniga Gap
This puzzle, which hides an amazing chest, opens after complete completing the questline “Hvarna of Good and Evil”. Head back to the cleared Tuniga Gap and look around the area north of the epicenter of the Gap. Initially, 1 blocked monument, a large pile of stones and a Dendro target are visible.
Dendro Totem #1
The first monument is on the right, looking due north, and is sealed. An additional reference point is the Dendro target nearby.
Use the nearby Dendrogranum and shoot the target Dendrocharged shot in the order of the elemental trail. You can see the exact numbering in the screenshots above. The targets are placed along an arc of a large root sticking out of the ground.
After shooting all the targets, you will get access to a regular chest and an unlocked totem. All that remains is to light it up.
Dendro Totem #2
The second monument is located on the left, if you look to the north. Come close to him, and then a gang of molders will appear with Dendro morovik. Deal with the enemies to make the totem block disappear.
Dendro Totem #3
The third monument is located in the middle of the previous two. It is littered with stones destroyed by the Dendrogranum. Take a particle and shoot a charged shot at a pile of stones. There will be a totem under the rubble.
Five Dendro monuments in the east of the Tuniga breach
This zone is unlocked by completing the “When the Light of Hvarna Manifests” quest from the “Hvarna of Good and Evil” line. From the hidden teleporter in the circular room of the ruins, run to the north passage. Turn right at the fork. In the large area, cross the metal bridges to a room with a hole in the floor.
In the room, jump down into the hole. There, open the door with the switch and go into the room with a small pond, around which monuments are placed.
Activate everything in any order to spawn a regular chest.
Three Dendro monuments underground in the Tunigi gap
This riddle hides an amazing chest containing the blueprint of Tamarisk Light Crates. From the second hidden teleporter of the Gavireh Lajaward region, located in the round room of the ruins of Kaenri’ah, run back to the cave through which you reached the ruins.
Jump down to a slightly flooded area. You will see 2 Dendro Totems and 1 Amrita Crystal.

Four Dendro of the monument in the south of the Vurukash oasis
The correct order of ignition of structures located in the half-cave, which is south of the oasis, opens the dungeon Inland Sea of Somalata. Use a hint over 4 monuments in the form of drawings, differing only in the number of dots, which hint at the order of lighting.
- 1 dot – ignite first in line.
- 2 dots is second.
- 3 dots means activate third.
- 4 dots is last.

Four Dendro totems and an amrita crystal in the Oasis of Vurukash
The place is located near the east Statue of the Seven Archons. Glide down to a location with 3 visible monuments and 1 amrita crystal. Use Sorush to pluck the Nirodha Fruit and use the fruit to break the crystal hiding the 4th construct. Light all the objects in random order and a normal chest will spawn.
Pyro monument south of Dhu'l-Qarnein Gate
There are 3 Pyro monuments along the slope. Light each fire element in random order and a regular chest will appear.
The Four Dendros of the Monument at the Gates of Dhu-l-Qarnein
There are 3 amrita crystals and along the passage between the rocks 1 Dendro Monument. Break the crystals with Sorush to access and activate all four monuments.
Dendro Totem #1
Nirodha Fruit hangs from the rock above the first crystal. Use the Sorush flight mode to collect them (key «E«) and use them to break crystals (keyboard «Q«).
Dendro Totem #2
Use remaining charges of Nirodha Fruit or pluck more. They grow to the left of the second amrita crystal, located on the same side of the passage as the first, but slightly to the north. Break the crystal under which the monument is located.
Dendro Totem #3
It is located on the opposite side of the passage from the first two crystals. There is no Nirodha Fruit growing nearby, so pluck it from its place near totems 1 and 2.
