Two items increase the character's ATK by 18%.
Four items increase the hero's damage by 18% for 6 seconds when the Life Debt value changes. The buff stacks a maximum of 3 times (the highest possible boost is 54% damage).

How to upgrade a Fragment of Harmonic Fantasy
To increase the level of an artifact, find the desired item in your inventory, then go to the “Details” menu and select the “Upgrade” function.
For leveling up, you can use other artifacts (including legendary ones), as well as sacred essences and oils. The latter can be purchased from Puffy in the Teapot or received for events and quests in the Adventurer's Handbook.
Who is eligible for the Fragment of Harmonic Fantasy
A set of 2 artifacts from this set is quite universal and is suitable for almost any damage dealer or hero whose skills scale with attack power. By combining it with another set with the same bonus, you can get +36% ATK without fulfilling any specific conditions. You can choose other sets to adapt to the role of the hero in the squad.
With the bonus of 4 items, things are more complicated. The fact is that Life Debt is a new mechanic that is still used quite rarely in the game.
At the time of version 4.6, only Harlequin can use Life Debt independently. Its gameplay is based on the fact that the Harbinger first imposes Debt on herself using a skill, and then gradually removes it with regular attacks, just changing its value and implementing the set buff. Thus, Fragment of Harmonic Fantasy can be considered a signature set for Harlequin, especially when combined with her spear.
Some other heroes can now realize the effect of this set with certain weapons:
- Grand Finale of the Depths – epic crafted one-handed sword, imposes Debt when using E-Shki
- Shimmer of Clear Waters – epic crafted catalyst, Debt is activated after pressing an elemental skill
- Outline of the Scarlet Moon – legendary Signa Harlequin, imposes Debt when hitting an enemy with a charged blow
The set can also work in battle with Wind and Frost Operators, who can impose Life Debt on your hero. However, in practice, you'll be more likely to try to remove the debuff faster than to use it to activate a set. In addition, seneschals, along with Debt, also impose bleeding, which can quickly destroy your hero, which is why you simply won’t have time to realize the effect of the set.
