There is a rich chest hidden on a pipe right under the ceiling in the underground part of the Cour de Fontaine. Travel to the teleportation point in Flev Sandr and go up the stairs that you will notice immediately after appearing. Then turn to face east to see the treasury itself. Climb the vertical pipe as high as possible and glide from it down to the place where the chest is.
