Genshin Impact Celebration Guide
In the event, players need to fight against strong opponents by adjusting the difficulty of the stage themselves. The choice of different conditions directly affects the final score, and the difficulty affects the score multiplier. The bosses of the event will be the Manifestation of Thunder, the Dragon of Eternal Calamity and the Flock of Vishaps of the Deep.
You can choose up to three cadenzas before the start of the battle. Cadenzas are various power-ups for characters. You can add any three buffs that are best combined with the style of play and fit a specific boss.
The final stage requires several strong opponents to be defeated, so you can select up to 4 active characters and 4 supports. Based on these heroes, you can customize the squad after each defeated enemy in order to prepare for the battle with the next one.
This event can also be played in co-op mode with the support of another player. The points at the end will be credited to both both at once.
To get all the rewards, you need to earn 6000 points in the first three stages and 8000in the last. If you want to take only primogems, 1000 points in each challenge will be enough.
Cleansing: Thunder Sorrow
B the first stage is to fight the Rumbling Thunder Manifestation. This boss attacks Electro in an area, and is also invulnerable to this element, which should be taken into account when choosing a team for battle.
Recommended stage difficulty
Before the fight, adjust the difficulty of the stage. The number of points depends entirely on these settings and the overall difficulty multiplier, which also changes the level of the boss itself (at the minimum – 40, at the maximum – 100).
To get primogems, it is enough to earn 1000 points.
To score extra points, you can set the resistance of the opponents to the maximum to those elements that will not be used in the battle. Also, be careful when choosing additional buffs that give Manifestation an attack buff and permanent Electro damage on the battlefield, especially if the characters are quite weak – the boss can take a one-shot.
Maximum points can be obtained only on Dauntless difficulty. In the base points, you can leave any two items unconfigured, and set the third to the average level. Of the additional power-ups, it is recommended to choose the first two, since the latter causes quite a lot of inconvenience and requires the obligatory presence of a healer in the team.
Next, choose three cadences. Try to mark the ones that best suit your play style and increase outgoing damage. If necessary, you can take support cadences that increase the survivability of the squad. For example, in the list for the battle with the Manifestation there are cadenzas for shields and healing, which can save the characters in a critical situation.
- All characters' attack power and defense are increased by 12%.
- Normal attack damage is increased by 12%, attack speed by 10%.
- 10% HP recovery after using an elemental skill or ult every 3 sec.
- Electro Reaction triggers a Shockwave that deals true damage. Fires once every 3 seconds.
Best characters and squads
After setting the difficulty and buffs you need to pick up a squad. Electro characters are not suitable for Manifestationelement. To simplify the passage, it is recommended to give preference to the heroes of ranged, as the boss is constantly moving around the arena, which will require a lot of movement. Eimiya, Gan Yu, Tignari, Wanderer, Yan Fei are best suited here as the main damage dealer. Also in the role of sub-dd, Xing Qiu, Ye Lan, Nahida, Mona will show themselves well. The manifestation also hurts the area, so support characters are useful – Zhong Li, Kirara, Laila, Kokomi, Bennet.
Examples of squads for passing:
|A team with main dd Eimiya and support characters for her. Bennett and Zhong Li will protect against damage, and the Hydro character will give the status and basis for reactions. For this unit, you should choose a normal attack cadence.
|Cryo squad with Gan Yu, which will be able to shoot the Manifestation from afar. Kokomi or Barbara will heal the characters, and Layla will both give a shield and deal additional damage. Recommended cadences for the squad are attack power and Electro Reactions.
|Dendro squad with Hydro character. Since the boss has a permanent Electro status, this will greatly increase the outgoing damage of this team. Kirara or Bai Zhu will give additional protection. When playing with this unit, you can choose cadenzas for Electro reactions and mastery of the elements.
Squad of free characters:
|F2P squad with the main damage dealer Ember playing through charged attacks and ult. Colleys and the Traveler will be able to deal additional damage from the pocket while the boss is standing still, and Barbara will heal the unit. If necessary, Dendro gg can be replaced with Noelle if a shield is needed.
