During the «Summer event! Amusement park? Mirage!» Update 3.8 in Genshin Impact, like any other event, you can talk to the main characters of the plot outside the quest lines. Some characters expect the Traveler in special locations, and in the dialogue they will be able to tell a little more about themselves, someone else, or the event itself, which will allow any player to delve a little deeper into the game lore.

Location of all characters in Mirage Velurium on the map
Stage 1
On At the first stage of the event, all the characters of the quest line are located in the town of the Garden of Silver Vessels location. You will be able to find Idia, Kokomi, Collei, Klee, Keia and Eola.
Stage 2
After completing «Fun Fair, Summer Lights» from the quest chain «Trouble in the Garden of Ghostly Mirrors!» in the main settlement, 7 characters will become available for dialogue: Klee and Keia, Kollei and Kokomi, Idia, as well as Eola and her lost relative Lessig.
Where to find characters in the event «Summer! Amusement park? Mirage!»
With each new stage of the story quests, the location of the characters will change. Below are all the places and dialogues that could be listened to during the entire event.
Stage 1
The characters will be in their places after the completion of the first chapter of the story quests of the event, and specifically the task «Race on the gibberish (observing the rules of the road)». After its completion, 6 characters available for dialogue will appear in the main town of Mirage Velurium.
Kokomi
General Kokomi stands alone by a small tent with crates north of the settlement's houses. From the conversation, it is clear that the girl is still embarrassed by what happened after the trip on the trolleys.
Idia
Idia Talisman can be found in the same place where the last quest of the first chapter «Invitation from afar!» ended. The manager is located on the platform of the island with a central node. The conversation with the girl will not work, since all her thoughts are still absorbed by the problems of the dungeon.
Kli and Keia
Not far from the western teleportation point in the location of the Garden of Silver Vessels, you can find Klee and Kayyu. The captain of the cavalry, as promised, tells the girl a fairy tale about a genie and a magic bottle. The story will become not only entertaining for the little elf, but also instructive, because at the very end, Keia will make an important conclusion, which applies to Klee in the best possible way: if you have done a lot of evil, it’s better not to get caught so as not to be locked up.
Eola and Collei
Eola and Kollei stand on one of the high grounds in the southern part of the settlement. The girls share with each other their impressions of the tarataeks and rail routes that spread over the location. The Healer and the Knight of the Sword agree to ride them together.
Stage 2
The characters will be in the specified locations after the player completes the task «Fun Fair, Summer Lights» from the second quest chain «Trouble in the Garden of Ghostly Mirrors!». 7 heroes can be found in four different locations.
Kolley and Kokomi
In the evenings, you can talk to Kollei and Kokomi behind the fountain near the main building. The girls are talking about their tastes in tea and coffee.
Idia
Controller Idia will be waiting for the Traveler in the area below the central node. The exploration team's mascot will only ask how the last journey went.
Klee and Kayah
Klee and Kayyu can be found together again, but already far from the settlement. Friends will be standing at a small hut not far from the eastern teleportation point. The girl will share with the captain of the cavalry her desire to ride the cart with Kokomi.
Eola and Lessig
